The RAIL-BENCH datasets are intended for research and educational purposes. Please read the usage terms below before using it.

## License and Usage
This dataset was compiled from multiple sources who granted permission for use in non-commercial research contexts. The YouTube channel [Leidenschaft Bahn]("https://www.youtube.com/c/LeidenschaftBahn") has explicitly licensed their content under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0); the remaining sources provided consent for research use under individual agreements.

You are free to use the RAIL-BENCH datasets for **academic and non-commercial research** purposes. Any commercial use is strictly prohibited.

If you wish to use the data beyond the scope of this benchmark suite — for example, to access the original unprocessed material or to use it in a different context — please contact the respective original content owners directly. A full list of sources and their corresponding contact information or channel references is provided in *overview\_datasets.csv*. Each of the RAIL-BENCH datasets is complemented with a *data\_overview.csv* file that documents the original data source for each individual image or video, respectively.
